How to setup/manage inventory

1. Navigate the left side menu and click on Inventory to expand features.
2. First step is to click on Vendors and add your vendors/suppliers. Fill the details and create vendor

3. After adding vendors need to create Stores. Store i.e. Sport, Lab, Stationary, etc. Follow the below screenshot to create the store.

4. After adding a store need to create a Category. i.e. Category of items like Stationary, Sports, Lab, etc

5. Now list your items. i.e. Bat, Football, Computer, etc. Follow the below screen and fill in the details. Enter the Item Name, Select Category which is created earlier, and enter the Unit i.e. Nos, Pcs, etc. enter the description of the item, If the item is returnable then select Yes if consumable select No

6. Now add arrived stock by selecting an item. Fill in the details as given below screen.

Now inventory setup is completed. Follow the next chapter for how to issue and return the item.
